Hey Everyone,

Diwali, Festival of Lights, was last week Thursday. It celebrates the start of the New Year for Hindu’s the world over. For more information, check out my post from last year, here.

This year, I opted for a very subtle look. I haven’t been able to wear much eye make-up recently as my eyes are just not having it. As soon as a brush goes near them, they start to water so I am giving them a much needed break.

Eyes:

Face: 

AJ Crimson Creme  Foundations in 5, 6, 7/ Ben Nye Powder in Topaz/ Queen Collection Medium Pressed Powder in Golden Medium/ Illamasqua Blush (can’t remember name sorry)/ Bobbi Brown Shimmer Brick in Bronze

Lips:

No name Deep Plum lipliner / Don’t Blink Pink (WetnWild) in last picture/ Vegas Volt (Mac Cosmetics) over the plum liner – first 2 pics!

Accessories:

Tika ( which is normally worn with a middle part. With a side part the hair would be swept over but I wanted to show it off ) and Bindi from a Jewellery store in Southhall, UK. Drop earrings gift.
