One of the big changes I worked on during my blogging hiatus was to stop making apologies for being happy. The kind of infectious happiness that you want to share with everyone. The process did not happen immediately and one night I simply asked myself if not now…when?
A barrage of statements and additional questions were attached to my query but it was all the motivation I needed! It is especially true of my recent fashion choices. Choices I would normally shy away from or doubt that I could ‘pull off’. Truth is fashion is a personal choice. A choice that you make when you decide to be who you want to be and how you want to feel.
Don’t let the views of others hold your creativity, spontaneity and personality captive. You only have one chance to live your truth, so if not now… when?
